Receptionist

THE ROLE

We are looking for 2 x part-time experienced Receptionists to join our team as we move into our new state of the art HQ in Bardon.

Reporting to the PA/Exec Assistant to the Chief Executive you will be responsible for the reception at our HQ Offices.

THE PERSON

As our first point of contact for visitors, customers, and stakeholders, this role will be key in making sure that we deliver a great experience for everyone who is in contact the business.

If you are consistently professional, solution focused and resourceful with experience of delivering a critical front of house service, we would love to hear from you.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills –written and verbal
  • A range of IT skills that include word, excel and power point
  • Proven experience of developing and improving administrative systems and processes
  • Highly organised and proactive in managing workload
  • Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
  • Ability to work with others

LOCATION

Franks Road, Bardon

HOURS

Part-time 25 hours per week with flexibility to cover full-time for holidays/absence

8.30am – 1.30pm and 12.30pm – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (on a rota basis)

Salary up to £12,000 per annum

Finance Business Partner

THE ROLE

Responsible for driving performance through providing support and analysis to the organisation, working closely with operational leaders of the business.  This role is responsible for leading and delivering the annual budgeting, planning and forecasting process as well as ensuring high quality and meaningful monthly financial performance reporting is delivered to and understood by the business.

THE PERSON

Dynamic and forward thinking with strong communications and interpersonal skills as well as being experienced dealing with operations.

SKILLS

Ideally be 3 year PQE qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).  Have strong data analytics with advanced excel and modelling skills.

Desirable
Strong commercial acumen and excellent problem-soling skills would be advantageous.

Systems and Control Accountant

THE ROLE

Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Group’s financial systems as well as understanding the flow of data through the business by applying the concepts of information technology, accounting and financial management.

THE PERSON

Strong and detail driven.  Be a strong communicator with experience of managing change.

SKILLS

Strong data analytics with advanced excel and modelling skills.  System development experience, across multiple (General Ledgers and ERP). Strong technical accounting knowledge. Qualified accountant preferred, but not essential if qualified by experience in the right roles.

Desirable
Power BI experience or equivalent desirable.  Internal audit experience an advantage.

IT Service Desk Engineer

The Role

Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager you will be one of the main points of contact for 1st and 2nd line IT related issues across our head office and various sites within the UK ensuing that technology is used, managed and supported in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

The Person

You will be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, whilst prioritising workloads in line with the business needs, be a motivated team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills. Take an analytical approach to problem solving with a determination to seek solutions to technical issues, have good attention to detail and the ability to follow departmental processes.

National Hire Controller

Location

Newton-Le-Willows (Merseyside)

The Role

As a National Hire Co-ordinator you will be the primary point of contact for designated customers, taking orders for sweepers and distributing the work via our national network of Depots whilst delivering a high quality and effective service by ensuring processes are followed.

The Skills

Excellent customer services skills, the ability to organise and plan whilst following processes would be beneficial.  Problem resolution as well as exceptional communication skills would be advantageous as this is a busy and high call volume role.  Must have good excel skills.

The Person

Approachable, dependable with a great work ethic who likes to build great relationships with our key customers with a drive to improve processes and efficiencies.

Desirable

Previous tele-sales experience and call-centre experience would be an advantage.
