Receptionist

THE ROLE

We are looking for a full time experienced Receptionist to join our team as we move into our new state of the art HQ in Bardon.

Reporting to the PA/Exec Assistant to the Chief Executive you will be responsible for the reception at our HQ Offices.

THE PERSON

As our first point of contact for visitors, customers, and stakeholders, this role will be key in making sure that we deliver a great experience for everyone who is in contact the business.

If you are consistently professional, solution focused and resourceful with experience of delivering a critical front of house service, we would love to hear from you.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills –written and verbal
  • A range of IT skills that include word, excel and power point
  • Proven experience of developing and improving administrative systems and processes
  • Highly organised and proactive in managing workload
  • Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
  • Ability to work with others

LOCATION

Franks Road, Bardon

HOURS

Full-time 40 hours per week

Salary £19,200 per annum

Fleet Administrator

THE ROLE

The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive fleet administration services to organisation.

THE PERSON

Confident communicator with a great eye for detail.  Team orientated with great customer service skills.

SKILLS

Great administration skills, be able to plan and organise workload and time and have excellent IT skills.

DESIRABLE

Confident in navigating new systems to obtain information, previous fleet administrative experience in a similar role.

Finance Business Partner

THE ROLE

Responsible for driving performance through providing support and analysis to the organisation, working closely with operational leaders of the business.  This role is responsible for leading and delivering the annual budgeting, planning and forecasting process as well as ensuring high quality and meaningful monthly financial performance reporting is delivered to and understood by the business.

THE PERSON

Dynamic and forward thinking with strong communications and interpersonal skills as well as being experienced dealing with operations.

SKILLS

Ideally be 3 year PQE qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).  Have strong data analytics with advanced excel and modelling skills.

DESIRABLE

Strong commercial acumen and excellent problem-soling skills would be advantageous.
