IT Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line Support
Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager you will be one of the main points of contact for 1st line IT related issues across our head office and various sites within the UK ensuing that technology is used, managed and supported in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Location: Head Office, Franks Road, Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, whilst prioritising workloads in line with the business needs, be a motivated team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills. Take an analytical approach to problem solving with a determination to seek solutions to technical issues, have good attention to detail and the ability to follow departmental processes.
