We’re delighted to announce that we’re growing operations across Kent as part of ambitious plans brought in by a newly-installed management team.
New Go Plant Limited South East depot manager Gareth Griffiths and his team have been brought in to lead a change in culture as part of an plan that will also see us upgrade our fleet, trial a ‘Gas to Liquid’ alternative to diesel, and roll out the latest safety technology which recently earned us a prestigious award.
A long-term property commitment will also be signed for the Rochester depot, securing the site for 10 years.
A recruitment drive has also been launched to expand the region’s branch of Go Plant Limited, the national road-sweeping arm of Go Plant Fleet Services, which employs over 400 sweeper operatives nationally and is recognised as the market leader in its field.
Led by the newly installed management team, the drive will see new team members join the depot at Rochester.
Ben Gilmore, Director – Road Sweeper Operations, said a planned review had resulted in the strengthening of the local Kent management team, as well as recruiting new workshop personnel and a drive to employ quality driver operatives to ensure the delivery of first-class service to the company’s customers.
Now leading the Kent team is Depot Manager, Gareth Griffiths, who has 12 years’ experience in general construction and sweeping
