Go Plant’s assistance on the Chapel Green SEN School was second to none. Their customer assistance in ensuring that sweepers are readily available was always consistent, even when there was an unexpected need for their attendance. At the drop of a hat, the team at Go Plant would ensure a quick turn around on the project ensuring that the appearance and cleanliness of the site and roads leading into the project were in a good condition, to ensure no mud/dirt accumulated, which would then pose an H&S risk. Go Plant’s priority in ensuring customer satisfaction is evident from the office staff, all the way through to the operatives who attended site. Staff were always courteous and had pride in ensuring a decent job was complete, and to a very high standard. Even at times when access and logistics may have hindered their works, they always saw the job out until the end of the requirement and never complained.
